All Clients must sign and submit a Service Agreement to begin working with Jucebox.
The Jucebox Service Agreement is signed digitally via our secure signature platform SignNow.
If you are having trouble locating your Service Agreement please take the following action:
- Navigate to your email inbox (using the email that you have been communicating with our team with)
- Search your inbox for the email titled: "Signature Needed - Jucebox Service Agreement"
- This email is sent from: Sales+team@juceboxny.com or Mail@signnow.com
- If the email title search doesn't work, search the email addresses listed above
- Once you locate the email, open it, and click the blue button "View Document"
- You will be redirected to our secure signature platform, SignNow
- Follow the instructions and guidance in the SignNow platform:
